Manufacturing Process

Design & Pattern Development

Material Cutting & Panel Preparation
Selected palm latex, backhand materials, and reinforcement components are cut according to approved patterns. Each batch is checked for material consistency before assembly.
Stitching & Assembly
Panels are assembled through controlled stitching processes to ensure structural integrity, flexibility, and performance alignment.
Finishing & Packaging
Each glove undergoes trimming, cleaning, inspection, and packaging according to export standards before shipment.
